As Kolibri inflatable boats are top-tier quality inflatable boats, we have no doubts in their ability to withstand the elements as well as regular use and abuse. You shouldn’t have too. That’s why we offer a clear warranty policy – to preserve your piece of mind, as well as offer you parts and service if it becomes necessary one day.

Inflatable boats warranty details:

Our inflatable boats are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

The fabric and seams of the inflatable boat are warranted for a period of five years from the date of purchase. 

All other parts of the inflatable boat, including, but not limited to the air valves, oars, pump, attachments are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any inflatable boat or accessory that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must present the inflatable boat and a proof of purchase to an authorized dealer or directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the inflatable boat and determine the cause of any defect before repairing or replacing it. 

Exclusions for the Kolibri Marine inflatable boats warranty:

Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or accident.

Damage caused by exposure to chemicals or fuels.

Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage.

Damage caused by modification of the product.

Damage caused by any other cause not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.

Please retain your original proof of purchase to establish the date of purchase of your inflatable boat.

Kolibri Marine warranty for commercial use of inflatable boats:

All of the above applies to the commercial user. The only difference is the term of the warranty The fabric/seams warranty is limited to three years instead of five, and the parts/attachments of the inflatable boats are covered during six months.
